Zazzle Safe Shopping Guarantee

Your credit card transactions with Zazzle are 100% safe. Period. Zazzle’s secure server software (SSL) is the e-commerce industry standard and encrypts all payment information when you make a purchase. This means no one will ever gain access to your private
information.

The Zazzle Promise:

If you don’t love it, we’ll take it back. If you are not 100% satisfied, you can return it for a replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt.

What is the turn-a-round time when placing an order?

When ordered, each product is made on-demand, typically within 24 hours.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We currently accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and PayPal, as well as Zazzle earnings and gift certificates as payment.

We also accept personal Checks, Electronic checks, Money Orders. Checks must also have a valid nine-digit bank routing number (ABA code), located on the bottom of the check. All transactions are processed before delivery is made. You also have the option to place phone or fax orders in your.

Do you provide custom-designed services on specific projects/event designs?

If you have any questions regarding a special custom-design order or if you would like one of our existing designs on a different product or color adjustment to fit your specific event, please e-mail us at geraldine@lilrascalspartyfavors.com or via our Contact Us link  and submit your request.

Custom Artwork and Designs

I want a specific design to match my event and on specific items, how much are your studio/design costs?

Costs may vary depending on the complexity of the artwork involved and the hours involved.  Most custom artwork require several days to design.  Prices start at $50.00 and up.  Custom-artwork rates and payments are non-refundable.  Up to three proofs are provided in the initial quote.  Each additional change or adjustment of any kind carry an additional cost of $15.00.  *Please note that the custom-artwork quotation DOES NOT include the cost of the items on Zazzle, for example: invitations, party favors, stationery, t-shirts, mugs, prints etc….  Payments are handled directly with the designer via Paypal, Checks and Money Orders only.  Specific instructions, guidelines are provided when placing an order.  For a custom-designed artwork, please e-mail us at geraldine@lilrascalspartyfavors.com or via our Contact Us link  and submit your request.

Special Hand-Crafted Custom Orders (outside of our Zazzle store)

Do you sale the matching party favors that coordinate the designs on your site?

Yes, for custom-designed party favors, favor contents, and prices please e-mail us your request at geraldine@lilrascalspartyfavors.com or via our Contact Us link and submit your request. (please note when purchasing our custom-party favors you will be ordering outside of the Zazzle guidelines and outside of our Zazzle store.) Custom orders are non-refundable.  Payments are handled directly with the designer via Paypal, Checks and Money Orders only.  Specific instructions, guidelines are provided when placing an order.  These orders are shipped via USPS from the designer’s studio in South Florida.
